How to Conduct a Reassessment

Created by Brent Young, Modified on Wed, 15 Oct at 1:44 PM by Brent Young

Follow these steps to conduct a reassessment of an existing assessment.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Assessments > Risk Assessments using the main menu

  2. Locate the assessment you want to reassess

  3. Open the Actions menu beside the assessment

  4. Select Reassess from the dropdown menu

  5. A Reassess window will appear

Example: Reassessment window, no PDF Archive Location selected

  6. Under PDF Archive Location *, choose the file location (denoted by a document icon) within your customer’s document structure where you want to archive the current assessment as a PDF

  7. ⚠️ Important: Please double-check the selection under step 8. If the Archive Preference is set incorrectly, it cannot be changed without assistance from our Support team. Corrections may incur an hourly fee

  8. Under Archive Preference, choose how you want to handle findings and answers from the previous assessment:

    1. Archive Completed: archives all findings with no action or where all actions have been completed, as well as non-finding-related answers (text only, radio, dropdowns, etc.)

    2. Keep All: creates a complete copy of everything (non-finding answers, findings, actions, images, etc.) and archives the historical content (Recommended for fire door assessments)

  9. Once you’ve reviewed your reassessment settings, click Proceed

  10. Your reassessment request will be added to the processing queue

  11. When the reassessment has been completed according to your selected preferences, you’ll receive an email notification **

Notes

* If your customer does not have an existing assessment archive location, you’ll need to create one before proceeding

** If you receive a failure notification: Try the reassessment again. If the issue persists after two attempts, please contact Support for assistance
