Complete an action via a risk assessment

You can complete an action, either scheduled* or unscheduled. 


Follow the steps below: 


  1. Find the assessment record you want to complete the action
  2. Click the Actions button and then the View link from the menu
  3. Find the action within the assessment
  4. If the action is incomplete, it will appear as an unchecked checkbox; see the example below:
  5. Click the checkbox next to the action title to mark the action as complete. 
  6.  Once completed, the checkbox will contain a tick, and the text will appear slightly greyed out; see the example below:
  7. If you refresh the page, a completed label will appear at the bottom of the action to indicate when the action was taken; see the example below:



* Actions are scheduled when an assessment is activated.
