How to Clear Browser Cache (images and files only) – Windows & macOS Desktop only

Created by Brent Young, Modified on Tue, 20 Jan at 2:25 PM by Brent Young

Purpose

If the application is running slowly, displaying outdated information, or not loading correctly, clearing your browser’s cached images and files can help. This forces your browser to reload the most recent version of the application.

Important Information (Please Read First)

  • This process clears temporary browser files only.
  • It does not delete any application data, records, or audit information stored in the system.
  • It does not remove bookmarks or saved passwords, unless you select additional options.
  • You may be temporarily logged out of the application and need to sign in again.

NOTE:

If you are unsure about performing these steps or if you have concerns regarding your environment, please contact your IT support team before proceeding.
