Branding your portal, and if you are a partner, your customer portal is really easy.

Different branding options are available based on the plan connected to your subscription. For more information, please visit our pricing page

Note: You will need to have System Administrator access in order to access your branding options.

Follow the instructions below to set up your branding. When you make a change, it will automatically save the changes you have made.

  1. Navigate using the top main menu to Settings > All Settings
  2. Click on the "Branding" menu option on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. If you have a marketing department or graphic designer, we recommend getting them involved to give you the required colours and logos that match your brand.
  4. General Settings
    1. See below for a description of what each colour field is used for.
    2. Start by setting your colours by clicking on the colour square below the field heading for the colour you want to change. This will bring up a colour selector box. Select a colour and click on the "choose" button. There are 3 different ways to select a colour:
      1. Using the predefined colour square on the left
      2. Using the gradient colour selector to the right
      3. Using the hex value input field
    3. Once you have set your colours, you can upload your logos. All logos will be resized automatically, so don't worry about the sizes too much.
    4. Logo: This is your main logo that will be used in your PDFs, emails, etc.
    5. Icon: This is the icon or symbol next to your logo that will be used for certain layouts like document collection portals, portals (residential, etc.) and the login screen
    6. Favicon: This will be used to display an icon on browser tabs and bookmarks. This is usually the same as your icon but a bit smaller.
    7. To upload a logo, click on the folder icon to the right of the logo you want to upload. Select an image from the files on your computer, and then click the "Upload" button.
      1. To overwrite the logo, simply upload a new logo using the process above.
      2. To remove the logo, click the "Delete Image" button.
  5. Email Settings
    1. Use the Rich Text Editor (WYSIWYG) to set up your default "Email Signature Template".
      1. We recommend using placeholders to specify dynamic data, such as the full name, email address, etc. When an email is sent to the client from a specific action, it will populate these dynamic placeholders with the user's details.
        1. To populate the placeholders in the editor, click the place where you want to add the placeholder, then click on the "Placeholders" dropdown. Select the option you want and it will be populated into the editor.
    2. Use the Rich Text Editor (WYSIWYG) to set up your "Email Disclaimer". This will just appear at the bottom of your emails, after your signature.
  6. PDFs: coming soon: Q2 2025
  7. Advanced: this will give you access to a CSS/stylesheet, which your web developer could use to customise the look and feel of your portal even further.
