How do I purchase PDF credits?

Note: 

• PDF credits are only necessary if your customer has no active subscription within the Risk Warden platform. 
• PDF credit pricing is based on volume, so the more you buy, the cheaper it becomes. Please take a look at our FAQ article for more information. 

Purchasing PDFs is easy. Follow the steps below: 

1. Navigate using the top main menu to Settings > All Settings
2. Click on the "Account & Billing" menu option on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Find the section titled "Buy PDF Credits"
4. In the input field titled "Quantity", enter the number of credits you want to purchase
5. Click the "Checkout" button to the right
6. You will then be presented with a subscription summary plus the number of PDF credits you want to purchase. 
7. You can adjust the quantity before proceeding using the input field or the + and - buttons. 
8. At the bottom of this screen, in the "Pay now" section, you will see the cost of your current order based on the quantity entered. 
9. When you are happy, click the "Proceed To Checkout" button
10. Confirm your billing address
11. At the bottom of the page, please review and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by clicking the checkbox.
12.  Then click the "Pay..." button.
13. You're done! Once your payment has been processed, your account will be loaded with the quantity of PDF credits you selected.
