How to create a support ticket

If you have a question or need to tell us about a problem send us a support ticket through Risk Warden. 

This way we can track it correctly and respond quickly and efficiently. 


To create a support ticket, follow the steps below: 

  1. Click the "Need Help?" button, which can be found in the bottom right of your screen
  2. The Resource Centre will appear
  3. Click "Submit us a ticket" in the list of options
  4. In the Subject, tell us briefly about the question or problem
  5. In the Description, tell us as much information as you can about the question or problem you are having. If you are having a problem, try and include the steps that resulted in the problem occurring. This will help our dev team fix the underlying issue so that it does not occur again. 
  6. Click "Take Screenshot", if the problem is occurring on the screen that you are writing the ticket from. This will also help us resolve your ticket faster. 
  7. Upload any supporting files, such as screenshots, short videos, images, or files. 
  8. Check the "I'm not a robot" 
  9. Finally, click the "Send" button.
