The process for creating a Finding and Action within an assessment is the same regardless of the assessment type using a floor plan or not
- Choose the menu item to show a drop down list of the chosen question sets
- The Category will give the area of hazard
- The Section will give you a list of question sets available to you and by choosing your required question set it will display the required question sets
- On the question set the location of the hazard is a mandatory requirement
- The floor can be added here and if you are using a floorplan this should be auto completed
- Choose the question to be answered in this case Yes, No or N/A
The red line under the button with a number show the negitive answers that will generate a finding and action with the number showing if there are any preset answers available.
