Create a Finding & Action

The process for creating a Finding and Action within an assessment is the same regardless of the assessment type using a floor plan or not

1. Choose the menu item to show a drop down list of the chosen question sets
2. The Category will give the area of hazard
3. The Section will give you a list of question sets available to you and by choosing your required question set it will display the required question sets

1. On the question set the location of the hazard is a mandatory requirement
2. The floor can be added here and if you are using a floorplan this should be auto completed
3. Choose the question to be answered in this case Yes, No or N/A
   The red line under the button with a number show the negitive answers that will generate a finding and action with the number showing if there are any preset answers available.
