Additional information can be placed into a Risk Assessment when in Active View Mode.

1. Active view mode is only available to the assessment owner or another assigned person.

2. Navigate, using the top navigation bar, to Assessments > Risk Assessments

3. Click the Actions button and then choose Update

4. You will be taken to the Assessment Page.

5. Click the  > Done & Next Button

6. You will now see the Risk Assessment. Scroll down until you see the heading Action Plan.

7. To the right of the screen you will see an icon

8. By clicking on the icon you can enter additional text, tables and links etc.

9. When Text has been entered the icon turns blue giving the user notice of completion.

10. This process is available under each Category Heading and each Question Set Heading.
