1. Navigate, using the top right navigation bar, > Help

2. Our Knowledge Base will then appear with FAQ's and more in-depth articles.

3. If you encounter an issue whilst using Risk Warden you can send us the information quite easily by pressing the Support Button  which is located at the bottom of each page.

4. A submission form pops up

5. Your email address is already populated, Enter a general description of your request and any qualifying detail on the problem. To assist you can attach a document by using the paperclip icon and take a snapshot of your screen with the Camera icon.

6. You can also Search our knowledge base by clicking the search icon (Top right of form) which will show all related documents for your search (see diagram below).

7. With all support requests you will receive a confirmation of receipt which will give you a link to track the progress of your support request.
